Good goat times today. It was a lovely, warm day. The weather forecast says colder days ahead but today did get upwards of the 20C/77F range and that was quite something. Lots of lazy lounging about. Also lots of exasperated sighs and trying to chase Milo away from thecamera. And Mia continously not wanting to sit where I wanted her to sit. It’s almost like goats don’t know how to take direction, whodathunk. But it felt like a summer’s day and that was very nice.
I’m pretty worn down though. Not sure if it was the warmth or lack of sleep and breakfast but I felt pretty drained. I think my blood pressure may have dipped because I keep getting blurred vision when I get up after sitting or when I lean down. Almost to the point where it felt like I might black out. And the walk home was a zombie march of no energy and bac back pain. And I threw up a little when I got home. Except there wasn’t reallya nything to throw up, other than that one peanut I ate because I thought that might give me a little extra energy…
Still feeling pretty weak, but I’m gonna grab a bite and just relax and I’ll be fine. That’s what you get for chasing Milo around on an empty stomach.

Bit of a goat butt parade.
Btw I heard a kid walking by (lots of kids going by on the path down past the goat pen, I think today may have been some kind of exercise day) I heard her say that ‘the big white goat’ was a boy. And she was quite insisting on it. Not sure what Mia would say to that…

I’m not sure what happened to Sky here, but she let out one of those wails that means something is wrong and it’s no fun. She may have got her leg stuck between one of the rocks while one o the others were trying to gore her. I hate hearing that kind of wail. Thankfully she was okay, I went off to check on her of course.

Well, I took a little trip to my parents place. Not for a good reason, unfortunately. My dad called me and told me that their computer kept saying they had a virus. Oh dear. So off I went. As I suspected there was no actual virus, just some mal-advertisement thing that says ‘you have virus, click here to scan and then pay us to fix it’. I did a virus scan which came up clean and then i did my best to get rid of it. But every dang time I got up to leave and told my dad to just check that it was fine, the darn thing came up again. so that was a fun couple of hours working on a computer not set up to my visual problems. In the end I just had to give up and tell my dad not to click on any of it, just close it if it came up again. i’m going to make a clean firefox portable install and hopefully that will stop it. My mom’s firefox apparently does not do it.
Of course i missed the bus there by 30 seconds so I got a 40ish minute walk. And of course i left my jacket at home and of course it started to rain. Then a long walk home. And then I went to do some shopping and brought a couple of bags of empty bottles. And ofcourse th the bottle machine was out of order, again. So I got to drag the bags around the store with me. I wanted to buy some dream cake to make myself feel better, but there was nothing in the baked goods dept. And in the bakery outside there was a long queue and there was also a long queue at the service place where I had to pick up a postal package. So I gave up on the dream cake and dragged my empty bottels home and this was not how I had planned to spend my day.
I’m feeling a bit cranky. Just tired and frustrated. Modern life is rubbish.

There’s a lot to be angry about. I wonder if the world is ever going to be better. It doesn’t seem like people want to do what it takes, and it’s not like you could get everyone to agree on what to do anyway. We’re all sinking in the quicksand while arguing if we should grab the lifeline or if the lifeline is a trick from the lizard people or if the quicksand is just fake news and we can pray it away. I don’t think the world is going to be okay. I don’t even think I’m going to be okay.
Anyway, there’s a lot to be angry about.
