To Hold You, Still

I dreamt that a girl set off a nuclear bomb just so we could be alone in the world together. That’s sort of romantic, and quite a bit insane. It was a girl who reads my blog incidentally. Who? I’m not telling.

I am feeling fine. No longer sick. Just a little tired. A little alot.

I will do some photos. The sun has been out. And when the sun is out Mads likes to sit down.

He still has his little ritual before he sits down. He stamps around in the dirt, almost like he’s digging a little hole to lie in.

Mads

He is so cute when he gets all sleepy and sits there in the sun. Making snoring-noises and squinting.

Magnethe was sitting too.

That is the first time I have seen her sitting down since.. last summer/fall I guess.

Getting comfy.

Scratching her head while she rubs her face against my leg. Sweetheart.

On the pregnancy issue, I talked to Kurt. He says they are expecting Mathilde to have a kid just before easter. So that’s a couple of weeks? Goody! They’re less sure about Magnethe. But kids are coming. That is going to be amazing, I am sure.

Speaking of kids, here are some human kids having fun with the lambs:

And handsome Flotte:

Always good times at the playground.

And good times with Moomincat. He still manages to surprise me sometimes. Yesterday I was getting ready to go do some shopping. I went to my room and closed the window. Locked the door. Then I went to the kitchen to grab some stale bread that I wanted to bring for the goats. And who was lying on the kitchen floor, all stretched out?

Moomin was. Looking very comfy. He had slipped in and somehow gotten to the kitchen without me noticing. Hehe. I have started leaving the door to my room ajar when I’m not in there. So if Moomin comes in through the window he can go look for me. It has happened a couple of days ago, I was sitting at the computer and suddenly he came casually walking up to me. The little lovable kitty.

Picking him up is the best thing in the world. It reminds me of when Magnethe was so small I could pick her up. Sweetness.

Such a beauty he is. I just want to clone him and populate the world with his likeness.

Other than that there’s nothing new. Life in the fastlane, as always.

Wow, I’ve heard and seen of a lot of tricks to get quality time with someone, but a never involving nuclear bombs! I suppose that would be a very targeted nuclear bomb without damaging radiation for you or her? Yes, I know, I’m thinking too much.

And, I have to say, I’m always fascinated by pictures of farm animals. Yet more proof that I’m a born and raised city girl, for good or otherwise.

Moomincat is AWESOME! As are the goats. I wonder if Mathilde’s kid will look like Magnethe, and how Magnethe will respond. I love animals more and more every day…and feel sad for them because we’ve interfered with their world in so many ways. But it’s nice to come to blogs like yours and see affection and respect paid.

Happy belated birthday, by the way!
