Dancing With The Plumes
(google cache)
I have been very tired the last couple of days. I guess the eye exam took a lot out of me. I have slept a lot. From being tired, not from being depressed. So that’s new.
But other than that I’m okay.
Tomorrow I will be feeding the animals. It will be nice to see the goat boys again. I wonder if they miss me when I don’t come visit? They probably miss something to climb. I don’t think Magnethe lets them climb on her.
But that’s all from here. Nothing new.
PS. Guess what I have a craving for? Pancakes. I guess I can never have pancakes again?

Do you have Ihop restaurants in Denmark? They serve pretty good pancakes. I love blueberry and strawberry the best. Sometimes like you, I’ll having a craving for pancakes. And sometimes I’ll have cravings for rolled tacos. Man, I can’t live without them.
Of course, the boys miss you when you’re not there. There’s always that anticipation they wait for until you arrive.
They see you as part of the group only you’re much taller and walk on two limbs instead of four.
Believe me, they’ll be very happy to see you tomorrow!

Of course the goatzie boys miss you! They like the scratches you give them and the attention. You are part of the herd, just like LuisLemmings said.
Can you put some sugar-free jam or jelly on top of the pancakes (if you’re concerned about the sugar)? Or maybe some fresh fruit like strawberries with a little artificial sweetner.
I think you could add a pancake or two into your diet, just watch what you put on top of them!
LuisLemmings: what’s a “rolled taco”? We eat soft-shell tacos and I know what a hard-shelled taco is. But a rolled taco?

I’m sure the goat boys miss you, they certainly look mighty pleased when you’re around!

Katrine: does the recipe call for eggs, milk, salt, flour, and apple sauce?
Plume: ask and you shall receive! A pancake recipe!
Oh, by the way. I sent a package to Napolean for his birthday today, the 7th. Hope it reaches “the short guy” by March 15th!

LuisLemmings – I don’t think we have ihops in Denmark. Not by that name anyway. I have never had tacos, believe it or not.
Katrine – Thank you! I guess there is still hope for pancakes for me.
Debster – I guess I shouldn’t have them with the topping I used to have at home… sugar and butter. Hah. I wonder if you can get sugarfree sugar.
I bet Napoleon is looking forward to the package.
