Under A Dark Sun

We are back to desperation and terror I’m afraid. As my eyesight has gotten worse again. I think it’s just about as bad as before the last acupuncture treatment. So now everything is hard again and the dread in the pit of my stomach is back. But I will try to keep keeping my spirits up. What else is there to do?

It seems that when there are tiny improvements they never last. Which makes you wonder if there is anything you can really do, other than postpone the inevitable. Like throwing pebbles in the river, it will not stop the stream. But I guess you have to keep trying. If you want to stop the river. From going blind.

Meanwhile there is a video from yesterday. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3s99Pqm9Gc. The sweet goats. Fun with them. The goat boys running up and saying hello. Vanilje and Magnethe would have done the same if they weren’t tied. Watch out for mama sheep and Leo too, keeping respectful distance to the mighty goats. There are also human visitors. Some girls petting the goat boys. They didn’t know that the raised tails are a sign of happy goats. “Ew, they keep showing me their butts”. Hehe. Cute. They ask me if I’m not afraid that the goats will butt me, and I say no. And Sigrid comes with the bucket of water. The boys went at it, as you’ll see. There is also some kind of lawnmowing machine going off on top of the dirt hill that leads up to the residential block up ahead. It spooked the goats. The boys ran away as fast as they could. Magnethe wanted to run away too, but she couldn’t of course. So she just ran around in a circle. And then watched the machine. She quickly learned that it wasn’t dangerous. But the boys kept running away every time it came back. And speaking of mowing the lawn, you’ll get a nice view of how Finn likes to mow the lawn. Munch munch. And finally a little looksee at the growing piglets. Hope you’ll enjoy all that. I realize I’m not posting many pictures anymore, but video is just easier to handle these days. It’s harder to get good shots when you can’t really see. Making videos is like painting with a broader brush. If that makes sense at all. And it’s easier to get on the blog with a little editing and a quick youtube. But there will probably be more pictures when Magnethe gets her kids. If that ever happens. I am starting to wonder if it’s not just a bad case of gass…
