Surfing The Nuclear Fridge
The year is well underway now. 2010 and nothing spectacular to report so far. Although there was a minor mishap today. I was supposed to go to the doctor to have my 3-monthly blood tests done. But apparently something went wrong with my dad’s alarm clock and he didn’t make it in time to pick me up. The doctor couldn’t fit me in later in the day, so now it’s rescheduled to next Monday. No big deal. Just a minor annoyance that I got up early and spent time on preparing and fasting. But what can you do. On Wednesday it’s time for foot therapy. Hopefully that will go smoothly then.
Onwards and upwards.

Your Dad needs a rooster to wake him up at dawn. Cock-a-doodle-do!
Brrrr. It’s cold here. We might have another 1 – 2 inches of snow on Wed and Thursday. Just what we need. NOT!

Debster – I’m not sure the neighbours would appreciate that!
I mean, I remember how much they complained when we got that herd of goats in our back yard…
Oh wait, that was just a dream I had!
I think we’re getting a new snowstorm here. Not good for me and my mobility. But mama will make soup this weekend, that’s good for me and my tummy

Well then the rooster would have done his job. Mr. Rooster would wake up the neighbors who would say:
“Who in the H**L has a rooster?” “It’s Plume’s Dad.” “I’m gonna go over and pound on Plume’s Dad’s front door till he wakes up and tells that rooster to be quiet!”
Then Plume’s Dad goes to get Plume to go to the doctor on time. Only Plume’s Dad is also carrying a rooster with him. hee, hee
