That’s What’s So Insane About This
I think my new catchphrase is going to be “That’s what’s so insane about this”. Even though it’s sad, it makes me laugh. That’s what’s so insane about this. Booyah.
The football did not agree with me today. Did not agree with me at all. Not only were my beloved Brøndby humiliated 0-3, but our players started punching eachother as well. We’re under the relegation line and we’re in-fighting. Things have pretty much gone to hell. Oh well. It’s only football, I say while calmly stroking my shotgun.
To calm myself further, I made a music video for one of my favourite songs of all time. http://youtube.com/watch?v=44iVMph44wQ. Be Mine by R.E.M.. I realize it’s not the most popular of their songs, but I have loved it from the first time I ever heard it. Some might say it drones on and on, I say it is beautiful. The lyrics are wonderful as well.
I’ll strip the world that you must live in of all its godforsaken greed
The video itself is me in silhouette. Swaying. If you get seasick easily then don’t watch it. Even if you don’t get seasick easily there’s still no point in watching really. But listen to the song, it’ll do you good.
You and me.
Notice the splotches on the walls. Should get ’em painted. Or hang up some paintings.
For those of you who don’t like the whole “music on youtube” thing, I bring you goats as well. I know you are all fans of the “goats on youtube” thing.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=jCQk9H7K1BI. Another video of Mads and the buck. Showing off how Mads is standing his ground firmly. There’s also some nice Plume/Mads bonding. And a butterfly flying by. I am a little worried about the buck, though. He seems to be contemplating living an “alternative lifestyle”, if you get my drift. And it obviously freaks Mads out a little. He has the cutest nervous baah ever.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=vFIUrmQYrlw. Magnethe and a stick. Nothing better than a goat munching, chewing, biting. I tried to get the bark off of a stick, but it would not really detach. So I just offered up the whole stick and let her do the work. Some people may say that a goat up close is not an attractive thing. But god I love that face.
My kitten reading has lead me to the discovery of the fact that apparently all kittens have blue eyes. And sometimes the colour will change. So I guess I shouldn’t fall too much in love with Luna Frodo’s wonderful blues. They might not last. She will still be the prettiest kitten in the world, though, no matter what colour her eyes end up.
I’ll be the drawing of your breath
I’ll be the cup if you should bleed
I’ll be the sky above the Ganges
I’ll be the vast and stormy sea
I’ll be the lights that guide you inland
I’ll be the visions you will see
Visions you will see
You and me. Be mine, kitten.
PS. Another one of my favourite songs is Idioteque. And one of my least favourite terrorist attacks is 9/11. http://youtube.com/watch?v=RGwZ932ZRsM. A chilling vision of things to come. Or to have passed. Your guess is as good as mine. Once humanity has erased itself, I hope the goats will take charge.

It won’t be long before you get Luna Frodo, but you’re right, she might not keep her beautiful blue eyes. But as you say, she’ll be wonderful still. Her dad, the infamous Aslan has been gone now for over a week – my mum hasn’t seen him at all since she came home from holiday. That was last Saturday. Maybe he’s been hit by a car or maybe he’s had enough of playing house with mummy cat and found somewhere new to live – you never know with boy cats. It’s a little bit sad, though. At least she’s got loads of other cats now, so she’s not completely cat-less. ;) Angel, our dog, met the kittens yesterday. She was very gentle and only sniffed them and wagged her tail. Not at all wary like Raven;) My brother says they are super-super-super cute now – little fur balls playing with eachother, rolling around and stuff. He thinks Luna is the cutests. Anyways, I shall get my mum to take some pictures again. She’s done 6 night shifts at work since returning from holiday so I didn’t want to bother her too much this last week, but this week she’s only working 2 days, so she’ll have time.

My Mom & Dad had some kitties that had orange eyes! Several were black and they looked like Halloween kitties. I’ve seen green, yellow, and blue eyes on kitties. I’m not sure how old they are when their eyes change color (if they are going to change). And there are the kitties with two different colored eyes.

Desiree – I will love her no matter what, that’s for sure. I hope Aslan is ok. I should meet him and shake his hand some day. Err, paw I mean!
Debster – Kitty eye colour is a much more complex subject than I had ever thought!
