Oh my friggin gawd. I just spent hours and hours trying to get my gallery working. MySql hell. Every time I thought it was working, something new came up and kicked me in the nuts. A couple of times I had to lie down on the floor and stare into the ceiling and try not to cry. Because I’m a sissy like that. But I think I got it working now. I’m sure the lord will strike me down for thinking so. Or at least make it not work again. Maybe my computer will explode.

I would just like to thank my dear webhost for chosing to move datacenters within a 10 day period during the holidays. That was a smart move. Well, to his credit he spent a good deal of time trying to help me. And he did help me with some of it. Although the final suggestion of “reinstall the CMS and re-import the data” was not so helpful. Anyway, it looks like I made it. Fingers crossed.

The other thing I have spent a fair deal of time on today is my new Lost season 4 box. I’m going to go spend some more time with it now. I love that show to bits and pieces. And there is less than a month to the season 5 premiere! That’s almost worth staying alive for. That and cake. oh wait. Oh well. Oh whatever.
