Eggtown

Yesterday was spent with databases and Lost. And funnily enough so was today.

A lot of it anyway. I did get my gallery working yesterday, but there was still stuff I needed to do. Luckily I managed to fix it up so I didn’t have to re-upload my 5000 pictures. Made things a lot easier. Do you realize I have more than 5000 pictures here? Isn’t that crazy? I’m a nut, I am. I think 4996 of them are of goats too.

But now my site should be in fully working condition after the webhost datacenter move. And so I can finally post the pictures I took on Tuesday, the day before christmas. So here goes 5001, 5002, 5003, 5004 and 5005. Circa.

They’re all lambs too.

Sweeties. Tomorrow I’m going to be feeding the animals. It’ll be good to get out again after a couple of days spent watching Lost and fighting with MySql databases. And on Sunday mama is making soup! Like a wonderful, late christmas present. That’ll be swell.

Exercise biked: 57km.

The little lambies are so cute. Look how long their little faces have to grow to be as long as Mama Polka’s.

Okay, it gets up to 10+ C today (that’s 50+ F). So we have melting snow, ice, and lots of water on the snow/ice. We also have flash flood warnings!

Then it is to rain 1-2 inches tomorrow and still be warm, but the night temperature will be below freezing. It is a muddy, sloppy, slick, mushy mess outside right now. I can hardly wait for tomorrow! Oh, and I musn’t forget the fog to come, also.

It’s like a spring thaw only we just got into winter. What gives? Anyone else having unusual weather?

I just came back from LA and there was a nice package from you that one of my neighbors hid in the bushes. I am thrilled! That’s truly a wonderful present!! I’ll send you a nice thank letter soon. In the mean time, here’s a nice youtube video that I urge you and from the Plume fan club to take a look at. You, too, Debster. And Hanne as well. I don’t know you, but I know how it is to break up with somebody before the holidays. Man, sucks eggs big time. As my grandmother used to say, “Men…you could kill them; you can fuck them. But have them stick around for more than six months is like turning dirt into gold.”

Debster – Unfortunately not having a white christmas is pretty usual weather for Denmark. But at least we’re not drowning in mud and water. So we got that going for us. You should get a raft or something.

Hanne – Aw damn. So sorry to hear that. *hugs*

    LuisLemmings – Wow Luis. Wow.

LuisLemmings: Your grandma is quite a character! That was a most unusual video.
