Good goat times today. First a little visit to the doctor’s office, though. Just a followup about the blood tests I had done recently. Everything looking fine. Just have to watch out for the vitamin b12 levels. And the life threatening pizza deficiency, that I’m pretty sure she mentioned. Other than that she was very happy with it all. So that’s good.
And then off to the goats. Lots of sunshine with some beautiful clouds, but also a hard, cold wind. Had to have my winter coat on, though I left it open mostly. Moved the newly arrived old bench a little, took it down to a sunny spot and had a good time sitting there. Mia soon enough sat down next to me. Just like the good old days. Both her and Mio had their turns jumping up and standing on it. I wonder if A38 will try that out when she gets the chance.
Had a talk with Alice, about the boarded off goat pen. I guess they did it because the girls that take care of the horses had been complaining that when they take the horses in, the goats kept following them in. Well yeah. They’re goats. They’re supposed to not follow the rules. Sigh. I told Alice I wasn’t happy about it, and we talked about getting a gate that could open and close in the goat pen so I could at least take them out on the pasture like that. But knowing how things usually go I wouldn’t be surprised if that takes a long time if it gets done at all. Ressources are very few at this place. The goat pen is nice and all I’ll just miss having all that space and the trees and running in the pasture and Mia following me when I leave and all that. It shows how little it takes to rattle me because it’s making me depressed thinking about it. Oh well. I guess it’s me and the goats against the world. Hopefully we can get that gate. Or maybe I can accidentally kick the board loose.. blame the horses.

I was approached by the page for permission to use Palle in one (possibly more) of their videos. They have millions of Likes, get hundreds of thousands of views. I’m really happy that so many people will get the chance to see my dear Palle. I miss those hugs.

Had my half-yearly checkup at the eye doc today. Things are still stable, so that’s good.
Very tired now, though. Doctor yesterday, eye doc today. The talk with Alice. Plus getting lost in my regular supermarket because they’re redesigning (not just moving their stock, but completely remodelling and everything is a labyrinhine mess right now). It’s been way too much humaning for two days. Already looking forward to escaing to dreamland tonight.

Good goat times today. I was earlier than usual and had a nice good time. It was a rainy morning, but luckily the rain had stopped by the time I left home. And the clouds weren’t thick enough to keep the light out. And there wasn’t much wind, so it was a pleasant day. Nice for sitting on a bench and watching goats. Although I usually don’t get to sit there by myself for long. As soon as Mia sees me going to the bench she usually comes running iwth a wagging tail, hoping for treats and cuddles. And predictably I deliver. It’s fun when both Mia and Mio want to get on the bench at the same time. It gets a little cramped.

Had another fun adventure in the supermarket maze today. The place is a complete mess. I spent 30 minutes looking for the cheese. Only slightly less time than the Monty Python cheese sketch.
Eventually I had to give up and overcome my social phobia and ask someone for help. She dragged me all the way over to the other side of the store. The completely opposite of where it used to be. And as far away as possible from all the other dairy products. Well alrite then. At least I got it. I hope they finish their reconstruction soon.

Snorkelforks. My MP3 player broke. This will negatively impact my exercise and walk to the goats. Sigh. Well, I do have an alt, but it’s not as good and it’s a bother. Now I’ll have to pay overprice to buy an outdated model, because I’m too blind to risk trying newer models. You’d think they’d get cheaper with age, but not this model. And it’ll take probably a week to get here. Oh well.
The newly feature video has already beaten the Palle video’s views in some 4 hours. 140 something thousand views. It’s a fun thought that so many people get a smile and maybe a new way of looking at goats, and a look at me. Haha. I should probably start practicing writing autographs. Well, get the goats to start practicing writing autographs. I’m sure Mia would be happy to send out autographed pictures for a reasonable amount of peanuts.
