The Dotted Line
I went to the housinge organization today and dropped off the signed contract. One appartment coming up. I could have just mailed it to them, but seeing as thouh their office is pretty close to here and since I also had to show up and give them proof of the correct spelling of my middle name, I figured I’d just do that all at once in an amazing feat of getting-things-done. So now I just have to drop by the bank tomorrow and pay the bills and then it’s all done.
Except of course it won’t be all done, there’s still loads of stuff to take care of and think about. But I’m taking it a little bit at a time. In the hope that I won’t get too scared too much too soon. As I done said in my lj “I feel like a little kid. Not in a candy store, no, but in a store of giant bureaucratic expectations and responsibilities”. It’s an awful big world, an I’m awfully small. Relatively speaking.
Do you remember the collage I made of Magnethe? I figured it was about time that Mads got some recognition. He is after all a prize winning goat now. So I made him a tribute. I only wish I had been there to see him when he was just a little kid. But at least there is one picture of him back then. Wasn’t he just the cutest?
There’s a lot of stuff going on these days with the appartment and all. Nothing takes my mind off it quite like sitting in the sunshine with the goats. That is where I am at my happiest.

Ohhhh, Plume. The video is wonderful. You’ve captured Mads in all his goaty-ness. I feel like I know Mads so well through your pictures, if I saw him on the street, I’d know him in a minute.
The music goes along so well, too. How’d I know it was a Smashing Pumpkins song?
Don’t let Mads see the video. There would definitely be no living with him and his bigger ego after he saw that. I love how he lays on your lap and looks up at you so adoringly. I wonder if Mads has a “Plume video” of all his best moments with you?

Debster – Thank you! I love sharing the goats with the world. It makes me happy. I’m sure Mads is thrilled too, I bet he has secret ambitions to rule the world. Or take on Hollywood, possibly.
I don’t know how you could possibly have guessed it was an SP song. As far as I recall I haven’t mentioned my unending love for them at all, so just more proof that you’re psychic!
Hmm. I wonder if Mads has a camera hidden somewhere in order to make videos of me. Nah.. I don’t think so. By the way, have you seen that giant sombrero he’s been wearing lately? What a handsome hat. Although those strange whirring noises coming from it are getting on my nerves somewhat!
