Long Horses
Feeling a bit better. Went to see the goats. It is impossible not to be happy when I am around them. Beautiful, wonderful creatures. I broke out the hazelnuts and immediately had all four goats running circles around me, fighting for the nuts, Vanilje constantly jumping up on me. Like a big circus. They sure like their nuts. Good thing I’m a bit nutty.
Other nice things: I secured myself a ticket to Tina Dickow’s concert in February. Front row centre seats, more or less, as far as I can tell. That’ll be something. My previous concerts I have usually been sitting out in the side, hiding away. It will be interesting to be right in the thick of things.
Also the TMU site work is going well I think. I have cooked up a java-free version and they seem to be happy with it. A couple of things to fix and some pictures to insert. Almost done. I was a little worried when I found out that their menu was coded in javascript. But I seem to have managed. That makes me happy. I’m happy being able to do something for them, because I feel they have done a lot for me.
I finally unpacked my oven. Remember I bought an oven? Ages ago. It has been standing on the floor all this time. But now it’s unpacked and I have used it for the first time too. I made pita breads. I was going to put tuna in the pitas but as the oven hummed away I suddenly realized that I didn’t have a tin opener. Tin, can? The can of tuna remained unopened. But I still enjoyed the pitas with lettuce and tomatos and cucumbers and peas and corn. A vegetarian pita I guess.
So life goes on, indeed.

Well a concert in Feb is certainly something to look forward to and good seats, too.
That’s nice you were able to help TMU. Gives you a good feeling to be able to give back something. Does their site have any goat pictures hidden in it?
Can opener! Isn’t that annoying when you need one and don’t have one? We’ve been getting our tuna in little foil pouches with “easy open top” which isn’t always easy to open.
You will need to get up the nerve to knock on a neighbors door and say “May I please borrow your can opener?” or “May I borrow your wide-screen TV or maybe a million dollars/kroners?” hee, hee
Our goatzies are enjoying the cooler weather. They were leaping and hopping around last night during walkies. Goofy goats.

I try to get the whitest kind of tuna that is packed in water only. I think it tastes better and doesn’t have the weird “fishy” smell to it.

A couple of weeks ago, a close friend of mine went to Los Angeles to get her lips done.
She had very thin lips.
They looked like they belonged on a stick figure.
Thick and full lips are in and that’s what she wanted.
Now, her lips looks like a duck’s anus.
I don’t know if I should wipe it with toilet tissue or feed it bread crumbs.
**sigh**

LuisLemmings: I don’t think I’ll ask how come you know what a duck’s backside looks like!

Debster – Yup, it’ll be nice. She’s playing in November as well, but that’s sold out. You have to be quick when dealing with a superduperstar like Tina!
I should make a special little hidden page on the tmu site. Fill it with pictures of goats. That’d be fun. I’m not sure they’d appreciate it though, what with them being an official government institution type thing. There should be more goats in government.
LuisLemmings – I think that’s the kind of tuna I get too. How fishy.
I think your friend should complain to her surgeon. He must be some kind of QUACK!
HAH!
GET IT?!
Booyah.
