Bizarro

To cheer things up a little, here is a video of the goat circus: http://youtube.com/watch?v=CZwU5Srs3SM. Going nuts for hazels. My favourite part is when Vanilje goes around and jumps up on my back.

If only I could lose weight on my hunchback.

The video was shot before the news about Luna. I don’t really want to think about all that, it only makes me sad again. Better to look forward.

Tomorrow is a big day. The visitation guy comes back. We’ll go for a walk in the hood. After that I have to go downtown, to Musikhuset. The music house. To pick up my tickets for the Tina concert in February. And then I also gotta go to the post office to mail off my Seinfeld DVDs. I found a buyer for them, so that’s nice. I have to send them Cash On Delivery, though. I have never done that before. It involves filling in forms and talking to clerks so it is a little anxiety provoking. But I’m sure I can do it. The visitation is a bit anxiety provoking as well, even though I got through the first one okay. It’s still a bit new and scary. But again, I can do it. I am, after all, Superplume.

Up, up and away!

PS. Oh yes, I have been invited to the christmas party/lunch at the playground. I forget when it is, fairly early though. November I think. It was a lot of fun last year. One of those things that are hard and anxiety provoking, but also very, very rewarding. So I have accepted, of course. Let’s hope they skimp on the garlic this year!

SuperPlume: Our goatzies are like Vanilje when it comes to treats. Mads was sure a virtue of patience waiting for his treat. It’s like a shark feeding frenzy when I have salted peanuts-in-the-shell.

Oh, good! A Christmas Party . . . your social calendar is starting to fill up already. Good for you. Have you seen Bodil lately? Hope she and her doggy are doing alright. She was invited to the party last year, wasn’t she? You’ll do fine and Nina will be there to help you.

I know you don’t like onions, but not garlic, too? I like a little, not too much so that’s all you taste in the food.

Monday is the first day of October. Wow, the year has been going by fast for me. Has it gone fast for you?

Have fun with the visitation guy. Once you start talking about computers, cameras, or goats you’ll be doing fine. Ask him a few questions about himself . . . family, where he lives, what his hobbies are. People usually like to talk about themselves and it will help keep the conversation going.

Remember you are the SuperPlume and can converse with goats as well as with mere humans!

I’m sorry about Luna, darling. &That I’mnot able to get on. Perhaps soon?
    Lots of love. xx

Mmmm…Debster and Plume becoming funnier than me?

**Note to self: don’t leave tag line open on joke. D and P will run with it.**

    Also, no more duck jokes….EVER!!!!!

Debster – Mads was quite patient there yes. Although I think the presence of the buck might have had something to do with that! Mads doesn’t like being too close to the buck. But he likes being close to the nuts!
Bodil was at the christmas party last year yes. And I’m quite sure she’ll be there this year as well. It’s been a long time since I have seen her though. I actually asked Kurt about her recently. He said she was doing just fine, but she’d moved to her “kolonihavehus” for the summer. That’s like a summer gardening house thing. Yes. I should have remembered, she’d invited me to come see it in the past. I think it’s too late for this year though, it’s gotten much too cold to stay there now. So she’s probably back in her normal appartment. Which should hopefully mean I’ll get to see her at the playground again soon.
I cannot stand garlic either. In Danish onions is “løg” and garlic is “hvidløg” which directly translated means “white onions”. So to me garlic and onions have always been two sides of the same (horrible) coin.
The year has gone very fast yet quite slow for me. Does that make sense? I can barely remember January, it seems so far away. And yet I’ve come here so quickly.

Clare – I hope soon. Msn isn’t the same without you. All I hear is echo-echo-echo-. Hope uni is going well for you though.

LuisLemmings – You gotta step it up Luis! Bring your A game. Hey, by the way.. did you hear the one about the duck, the taxi driver and minister? Okay, a duck hailed a taxi and.. *OUW OUW* stop hitting me!
